1package ground Beyond Meat or 2 packages of Beyond Meat Burgers
1vegan Worcestershire sauce
½balsamic vinegar
1olive oil
1tspground pepper
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspfennel seeds ground
1tspcaraway seeds ground
*1-2olive oil for grilling the pan
Instructions
Mortar/Pestle or Small bowl with spoon grind down the fennel, caraway seeds and ground pepper.
Medium size mixing bowl breakup Beyond MeatAdd in all spices to the bowl. Then add in the olive oil, Worcester sauce, balsamic vinegar. Use 2 forks to blend into Beyond Meat.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and Put into fridge for 15 – 30 mi to infuse flavors.
Remove bowl from fridge, wash hands, and then put a little olive oil on your palms so the meat won’t stick. Begin rolling meat into 1-inch meat balls which should make approx. 12 – 14 meat balls. Place all in on a plate or bowl.
Set grilling pan on stove to pat medium heat. Then add in 1-2 tbsp olive oil into pan and allow to heat up for 1 min and reduce to medium low. Add the meat balls and cook for 8 min total turning every 2min so they cook evenly without burning. Reduce heat more if they are burning.
Remove from heat and keep covered meat balls until ready to serve.
